Get To Know Me!
Hi! I’m Kadee—born and raised in the Bay Area. Before becoming a therapist, I was a Division I student-athlete. I earned both my Bachelor's in Psychology and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego.
Outside of work, I love cooking, going to concerts, traveling, and creating Pinterest boards!
I was drawn to this work because I’ve witnessed the power of healing firsthand—in my own life, in my community, and in the stories of those who came before me. I carry that with me in every session.
As a Black woman and therapist, I understand the importance of being seen, heard, and understood in healing spaces. My identity isn’t just part of who I am—it’s how I hold space: with cultural awareness, care, and realness.
I specialize in working with women of color, professionals, creatives, and those on a journey to reconnect with their inner voice. I take a relational and collaborative approach, blending evidence-based practices with deep compassion, curiosity, and cultural humility.
